The terms that apply to the Coderg Technologies website, to the software products we develop and operate, and to the software development services we provide.

Please read these Terms before using our website, subscribing to one of our products, or engaging us for software development work.
This document is a general template prepared for a software development and technology business. It is not legal advice, and it should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional and completed with the information marked in dashed boxes before it is relied upon.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Coderg Technologies website, the software products that Coderg Technologies develops and operates, and the software development and technology services it provides.
Coderg Technologies is a Sole Proprietorship in India, registered as CODERG TECHNOLOGIES with Udyam Registration Number UDYAM-UP-08-0053747, and is owned and operated by its proprietor, Deepansh Dubey. Its place of business is 202, Ground Floor, Patiyali Sarai, Budaun, Uttar Pradesh, India. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Coderg Technologies.
By using this website, purchasing or subscribing to one of our products, or engaging us for services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website, the products or the services.
Services are provided under a written scope agreed between us and the Client before work begins. That scope sets out the deliverables, approach, timeline, price and payment schedule for the engagement.
Work outside an agreed scope — additional features, changes to requirements, or additional integrations — is treated as a change request and quoted separately before it is carried out.
Timelines given in a proposal are estimates based on the information available at the time and on the Client providing the access, information, content and approvals the work depends on. Delays caused by outstanding inputs may move a delivery date.
Where a written agreement between us and a Client conflicts with these Terms, that agreement takes precedence for that engagement.
Coderg Technologies develops, owns, operates and maintains its own software products. Each Product is provided as software; the features available in a Product are described on that Product’s own website and may change as the Product develops.
Using a Product may also be subject to that Product’s own terms published on its website. Where those product-specific terms differ from these Terms, the product-specific terms apply to that Product.
Some Products require an account. When you create one, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
Where a Product is offered on a subscription, the billing period — monthly or annual — and the price are shown before you subscribe.
Prices are shown before purchase and, unless stated otherwise, are in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes, if any, are shown before payment is confirmed.
Secure payments are processed through our authorized payment partners. We do not store your full card or bank details on our own systems. Your payment is subject to the terms and privacy practices of the payment processor handling the transaction.
For Services, the payment schedule is set out in the proposal or agreement for that engagement: 20% advanced, 30% on midway, 100% after completion. Amounts not paid by the agreed date may result in work being paused until payment is received.
You are responsible for keeping your billing details accurate and current.
When using the Website, a Product or our Services, you agree not to:
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the content and data you enter into a Product.
The Website, the Products, and their software, design, text and branding are owned by Coderg Technologies or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of them to you.
For Services, ownership of the deliverables is set out in the agreement for that engagement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, we retain ownership of our pre-existing materials, internal tools, libraries, and general know-how, and we grant the Client the rights needed to use the delivered work for its intended purpose.
Content and data a Client or User provides remains theirs. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process and display that content in order to provide the Product or Service.
Subject to these Terms and to payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the relevant Product for your own internal or personal use, for as long as your subscription or purchase entitles you to it.
This licence does not permit you to:
Third-party components included in a Product remain subject to their own licences.
Our Website, Products and Services may rely on third-party services — for example hosting providers, payment processors, communication services and analytics tools. These services are operated by their providers, under their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the availability, content or practices of third-party services, and links to external websites do not imply endorsement.
We aim to keep our Products available and working as described. We do not, however, guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Access may be interrupted by maintenance, updates, technical issues, or by factors outside our reasonable control, including failures in third-party infrastructure or connectivity. Where practical, we will give notice of planned maintenance.
We may change, add or withdraw features of a Product as it develops. If we discontinue a Product or a paid plan, we will give reasonable notice and explain what happens to existing subscriptions.
Support for Products is provided through the contact channels published on this website and, where applicable, within the Product. Support hours are 10 AM - 5 PM IST and our typical response time is 2 Hours.
Support for Services — what is covered, for how long, and at what cost — is set out in the agreement for that engagement. Maintenance and support beyond an agreed period is quoted separately.
Refunds and cancellations are covered in full by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. It sets out separate terms for custom software services, subscriptions and one-time purchases.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Coderg Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising out of or in connection with the Website, a Product or the Services.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability in connection with a Product or an engagement is limited to the amount you paid to us for that Product or engagement, and any claim must be brought within 1 week post delivery.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You may stop using the Website at any time, cancel a subscription as described above, or end an engagement in line with the terms of its agreement.
We may suspend or terminate access to a Product or an account where these Terms are breached, where use is unlawful, or where payment is not made. Where circumstances allow, we will give notice first.
On termination, your right to use the relevant Product ends. Sections that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, limitation of liability and governing law — continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any agreement to the contrary, the courts at Budaun, Uttar Pradesh, India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
