Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work at Coderg Technologies. Because we do two different kinds of work, the terms differ depending on what you paid for:

• Custom software services — project work delivered to a client under an agreement.
• Software subscriptions — recurring monthly or annual plans for the software products we operate.
• One-time software purchases — a single payment for a product, plan or feature.

Cancelling a project

You may ask to end a project at any time by writing to us. We will stop work, confirm what has been completed up to that point, and settle the account.

How amounts are treated

• Work already completed and delivered up to the cancellation date is payable.
• Any amount paid in advance for work not yet started is refundable, less costs already incurred on your behalf — for example third-party licences, subscriptions or services bought for the project.
• Deposits or booking amounts are treated as set out in your agreement: 20% advance is non-refundable. Refund can only be made before project completion.

Timelines

A cancellation request is acknowledged within 2 Hours. A final statement of account is shared within a reasonable timeframe, and any refundable amount is returned thereafter. We do not provide refunds after completion; a partial refund is available only by mutual agreement.

If work does not meet the agreed scope

If a deliverable does not match the scope agreed in writing, tell us. We will correct it at no additional cost. Where a correction is not possible, we will discuss a fair resolution, which may include a partial refund of the amount paid for that deliverable.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings in the product, or by writing to us. There is no cancellation fee.

• Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not end your current period.
• You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• After that date, no further amount is charged and paid access ends.

Refunds on subscriptions

• Refund window after a new subscription or renewal: Individual products have different policies as per their requirements.
• Part-used periods: Individual products have different policies as per their requirements.
• Renewals charged in error, or charged after a cancellation was correctly submitted, are refunded in full.
• If a product is unavailable for an extended period because of a fault on our side, contact us — we will look at the specific case and may issue a credit or refund.

Free trials

Where a free trial is offered, its terms are shown before you start it. Cancelling before the trial ends means no charge is made.

A one-time purchase is a single payment for a product, plan or feature rather than a recurring subscription.

• Refund window after purchase: Individual products have different policies as per their requirements.
• Where a purchase gives immediate access to digital content or a downloadable file, refund eligibility is: Individual products have different policies as per their requirements.
• Duplicate or accidental payments are refunded in full once confirmed.
• If the product does not work as described and we cannot fix it, we will refund the amount paid for it.

Please include:

• the product, plan or project the request relates to;
• the date and amount of the payment;
• the transaction or invoice reference, if you have it;
• a short description of the reason for the request.

We acknowledge requests within 2 Hours.

• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the transaction.
• Refunds are processed through our authorized payment partners. Coderg Technologies does not hold or transfer funds directly.
• We initiate an approved refund directly back to your bank account.
• The time for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
• Refunds are made in the currency of the original transaction. Any currency conversion or bank charges applied by your provider are outside our control.

Unless required by law, we do not refund:

• work already completed and delivered under an agreed project scope;
• third-party costs already paid on your behalf, such as licences, domains, hosting or subscriptions;
• requests made after the applicable refund window has closed;
• accounts suspended or terminated for a breach of our Terms & Conditions.

Where a case does not fit neatly into this policy, tell us what happened — we would rather look at it properly than apply a rule that does not fit.

We may update this policy as our products and services change. The policy that applies to a transaction is the one published at the time of that transaction.
